Tarangire, Ngorongoro & Serengeti Migration Safari - Tanzania 12 nts

This is a classic northern Tanzania safari that builds from relaxed beginnings into increasingly remote and wildlife-rich landscapes.

You start with one night in Arusha at Tumbili Lodge, a comfortable overnight stop to settle in after arrival. From there, you head into Tarangire National Park for three nights at Hilala Camp, an intimate camp in a quieter section of the park known for elephants, big game, and a more off-the-beaten-track feel.

The journey then continues to the highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you spend two nights at Mysigio Camp, including a full-day descent into the famous Ngorongoro Crater for exceptional Big Five viewing in a dramatic volcanic setting.From here, you enter the vast plains of the Serengeti National Park for three nights at Nyumbani Collection Camp, offering excellent year-round game viewing, particularly predators and large herbivore herds across open savannah. The safari concludes in the northern Serengeti at Intimate Camp Zebra for three nights, where the focus shifts to the seasonal Great Migration and the dramatic river-crossing region around Kogatende.

You then fly back to Arusha, completing a well-paced safari that moves from Tarangire’s elephant country to the Ngorongoro highlands and into both central and northern Serengeti—combining variety, contrast, and some of East Africa’s most iconic wildlife areas.

Finish your trip in Zanzibar for a few days of relaxation on the coast—offering a perfect contrast to the inland safari.
