Koh Lanta is one of Thailand’s destination gems: located off the country’s western coast in the Andaman Ocean, it has gained a reputation amongst travellers for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and superb sunsets. The quietest beaches are located in the island’s far south – so if it’s seclusion you’re looking for, heading in this direction will get you closest to your goal.
