Guests can enjoy a variety of different kinds of non-motorised activities on the beach, all equipment is provided. Activities include kayaking, windsurfing, paddle boarding, sailing, body boarding, beach football, and beach volleyball.
Yoga classes are aimed at beginners, mats are provided, and bookings must be made one day in advance. Private yoga sessions for both beginners and advanced students can also be arranged.
Guests to Thai cooking classes will learn to cook a few traditional recipes under the guidance of a Thai chef. In addition to the class, guests will also receive a recipe guideline, a souvenir Pimalai cooking apron, and a framed cooking certificate.
Scubafish at Pimalai, is a five-star PADI dive centre offering an unrivalled reputation for high quality, personal service, and experienced dive guides who know the sites well. Departing directly from the Pimalai jetty throughout the high season, two very comfortable dive boats offer the shortest journey times to some of Thailand’s top dive sites, with spectacular reefs, unmatched marine diversity and great visibility. The location in the Andaman Sea is an ideal place to dive whether guests are learning to dive, having fun, or continuing their diving education. Diving groups are composed of a maximum of 4 divers per guide.
Koh Haa is located an hour away from the resort by boat. Guests joining the sunset cruise will depart from the resort jetty at 2:30pm. The activity includes swimming and snorkeling with fabulous visibility and colourful corals, in the warm Andaman ocean. After an afternoon in the sea, guests will watch the sun set while sipping wine or beer, on their way back, returning to the resort at 6:30/7:00pm.
Koh Rok is located about 1 hour and 20 minutes from the resort. The tour includes a stop off at the picturesque white sandy beach of Koh Rok Nai, swimming in the clear ocean water, observing colourful corals, feeding fish, and taking in beautiful scenery around the island. After a barbecue lunch on board, guests will enjoy sightseeing and snorkeling at other sites around Koh Rok Nok, followed by relaxing on the beach, exploring the island, and keeping an eye out for local wildlife.
