Special Host during your excursion: Gonzalo Torres (subject to availability) who is a well known figure in Peru, apart from being an actor and a clown, he has local cable show called “A La Vuelta de la Esquina” which has been around for almost 12 years winning some awards for best cultural programme in Peru. His show is centered on urban exploration of Lima touching upon history, architecture, art, urban spaces, culture and heritage through the intervention of many cultures and people and how it is all woven not only into the personality of the “limeños” but on “feel” and sights of the city as well. He is knowledgeable on the least trodden paths of the city and can surprise you with some spaces not usually open to the public.

Explore Machu Picchu
Meet your guide at the exit of the train station or in the lobby of your hotel for a short walk to the bus station and a 20-minute bus ride up to Machu Picchu Citadel (elevation: 8,000 ft. – 2,432 m.a.s.l.). Scratching the surface of the heavens from its place atop the grandest of mountaintop pedestals, it is easy to lose yourself in the mystique and grandeur of this enigmatic citadel. Soak in the energy and atmosphere of one of the most significant archeological sites on the planet while your guide helps you uncover the secrets behind key areas of interest such as the Sun Dial, the Guard House, the Sacred Plaza and the Temple of the Sun.

Conquering Machu Picchu Mountain
From the gates of Machu Picchu, a quiet ascent begins. In the company of your local guide, follow stone steps that rise steadily toward Machu Picchu Mountain, a trail that traces the upper flanks of the citadel and occasionally follows the original Inca route. At the summit, a wide panoramic view opens over the valley and the site below, allowing a deeper sense of place and scale. The way back unfolds at a slower pace, with time to take in the stillness and surrounding peaks.
Please allow up to four hours hiking and up to five hours for the entire experience.
You must show your passport in order to be allowed to enter Machu Picchu Citadel.



Cusco Through a Camera Lens
Explore Cusco through a photographic lens, following a scenic and less-travelled route across quiet neighbourhoods and character-filled streets. Guided along the way, you will uncover unique angles and scenes often overlooked: carved colonial doorways, ancient Inca walls, lively markets and cobbled alleys that invite every moment to be framed. Whether you are an enthusiast or a devoted photographer, this experience allows you to capture the city’s visual essence with each shot.
