Day 1: Nairobi

Welcome to Kenya where you will be expected and transferred to your Hotel. 

Day 2: Amboseli National Park

Meet your guide this morning and proceed after breakfast for your Nairobi sightseeing tour. The day Tours include Sightseeing Nairobi City Centre area, Parliament House, visit to Nairobi National Museum, Giraffe Centre and Karen Blixen Museum. After lunch,  at 1pm  proceed to Amboseli National Park, located 240km from Nairobi, In southern Kenya, Its known for its large Elephant herds and views of immense Mount Kilimanjaro across the border in Tanzania. Excitement is building for our first safari tomorrow morning.

Day 3: Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, enjoy full day morning and afternoon game drive. Amboseli National Park spreads across Kenya-Tanzania border and is one of the best wildlife-viewing experiences in the world with 400 species of birds including waterbirds like Pelicans, Kingfishers, Crakes, Hamerkop and 47 raptor species. 

Other attractions of the park include the best place in the world to get close to  Elephants, opportunities to meet Maasai and visit a Maasai village add on excursion USD$45 per person.. The park also has views of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world.

Safaris in Amboseli

Day 4: Naivasha

After breakfast we travel from Amboseli to Lake Naivasha, via Nairobi. Lake Naivasha is a fresh water lake in Kenya in Nakuru County northwest of Nairobi. The Lake Naivasha shore are surrounded by flower farms and local traditional African villages It is a part of the Great Rift Valley.  It is a bird lovers paradise, which also offers spectacular scenery. If time permits permits, there is an option for a Lake Naivahsa boat ride (US$58pp). Boats are from 6-20 person capacities. A boat safari is a unique experience to spot hippo and numerous species of birds, including fish eagle, herons, jacanas and more. 

Day 5: Nakuru

Day trip to Lake Nakuru National Park which lies on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland. The park supports a wide ecological diversity including flamingoes and other waterbirds. The park is fenced off as a sanctuary to protect the highly endangered Rothschild giraffes as well as both black and white rhinos.

Day 6: Masai Mara National Reserve

Today we are heading to Masai Mara National Reserve arriving at lunch time followed by an afternoon game drive. With a bit of luck, you will see some of the "big five."  The great diversity of species present in this area is impressive. The Masai Mara has the highest concentration of land mammals compared to all other parks!

Day 7: Masai Mara National Reserve

Morning and afternoon safaris in Masai Mara, all with superb photographic opportunities. Blessed with permanent water supply, the Masai Mara has a permanent population of plains game. The "Big-5" are quite common (elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard and rhino).

Day 8: Lake Victoria, Tanzania

Prepare for a scenic but long drive to Lake Victoria, the continents largest lake and largest tropical lake in the world. Also the second largest fresh water lake in terms of surface area. It's about the size of Ireland! But it is most well known as the source of the longest branch of the Nile Rive and the White Nile.

The journey today it’s a long drive from Masai Mara to Boarder of Isebania, Its about 160Km, approximant 5 hours road journey. It was first sighted by European explorer John Canning Speke in 1858 and he named the lake after the Queen of the United Kingdom.

First we travel from the Masai Mara to the border, of Isebania where you say goodbye to your safari guide from Kenya. You will be received by our safari guide from Tanzania with his vehicle. We proceed towards to Lake Victoria, Speke Bay area, about 166 KM approximately 3 hours travel time.

Day 9: Central Serengeti

The optional Lake Victoria Cultural Experience is a walking tour with a local guide USD$55.00 per person, Fisherman village tour USD$55.00 per person. Guests can get an insight of the Local People’s Life at the nearby Fisherman village, this activity takes about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the weather conditions.

Approximately at 12:30 midday will have early lunch at the lodge, then we drive to Serengeti National Park via the Ndabaka Gate (Serenity Eco Resort to Ndabaka gate is approximately 20km). We enter Serengeti National Park from Ndabaka Gate, which is located on the Western side of Serengeti. We enjoy a unique game drive in the Serengeti, crossing from the famous game area western corridor towards to central Serengeti area of Seronera.

Day 11: Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast enjoy another safari in the famous Serengeti, morning and afternoon game drive with picnic lunch. Your safari guide will explore various areas, Moro kopjes and Gol kopjes. The extensive grasslands are interspersed with Kopjes rocky outcrops like islands in the flat plain, each with their own wildlife communities. Midday drive to Nabi Hill gate where you will enjoy your memorable picnic lunch, than after we will proceed to Olduvai Gorge, where you will visit the Gorge and the Museum (Add on extra optional excursion US$45.00 per person), with an option to visit Masai Village for the cultural tour experience, (Add on extra optional excursion US$45.00 per person), en-route game drive towards Ngorongoro Highlands. Late afternoon entering proceed to the Ngorongoro Serena Lodge, with clouds rolling over the rim like a misty waterfall, the setting is dreamy. Your unique deluxe safari lodge fits into the contours of the Ngorongoro crater rim, and is built of volcanic rock. It offers a spectacular view of the Ngorongoro Crater floor, yet it is virtually invisible when you are down on the crater floor next day on your game drive.

Day 12: Lake Manyara National Park, Lake Manyara

Today after breakfast, prepare yourself for Africa's Eden, a 6 hours safari of Ngorongoro Crater. The Ngorongoro Crater which is a famous for its Big Five and home to rare Black Rhino, has its own Soda Lake. The concentration of animals means that you are likely to see several Lion in a short period of time. You descend 2,200 feet for a thrilling safari among Africa's Big Five Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, Black Rhino and Leopard, before  heading to your lodge Lake Manyara Serena Lodge.

Day 13: End of Itinerary

Morning game drive (2-3 hours) prior heading to Arusha with souvenir stop in Mto Wa Mbu. Drive through Masai land and villages in rural areas. Arriving at Kilimanjaro airport about 4.30pm.
