Arrive in Cape Town, 3 nights
On arrival at Cape Town Airport you collect your rental car and drive to The Cellars Hohenort for a three-night stay.
If you prefer, we can arrange for you to be met and transferred and then for the car to be delivered later in your stay.






2 nights Hermanus,
Today you drive to the cosmopolitan former fishing village of Hermanus. This beach resort boasts some of the finest land-based whale-watching in the world from August to November, as well as spectacular mountain scenery and lovely sandy beaches for swimming and surfing.






2 nights on safari at Sanbona Wildlife Reserve
Continue to the semi-desert rugged region where the Overberg meets the Little Karoo, via the small spa town of Montagu. (Approx drive time: 2 hours 45, 195km)
You'll be met at the Welcome Lounge for the reserve, where your car is securely stored. Then you will be transferred to your chosen lodge (scheduled transfers at 12:30 or 16:00). The safari will start with a substantial tea and then you will be off on your first game drive.



2 daily game drives, guided wilderness walks, all meals, non-alcoholic beverages, all game drive snacks and beverages, internal reserve transfers between the lodges and welcome lounge

3nights Plettenberg Bay, Garden Route,
Check out after a final morning game drive. Then head to the Garden Route for a 3-night stay. Plettenberg Bay is a resort town with a stunning location overlooking the beautiful Walker Bay. It is still known for its superb beaches, watersports and also Robberg Nature Reserve on the peninsula. (Approx drive time: 4 hours, 322km fastest route or up to 5 hours on the more scenic Route 62)






Leave Plettenberg for either George or Port Elizabeth Airport, as best suits your onward travel plans, where you return the rental vehicle.
