Check into Little Makalolo for THREE nights on a fully inclusive Basis. This camp boasts one of the best locations in the Hwange National Park, and the private concession is home to the Big Five, although with Rhino poaching rife in Africa, it is seldom seen. However the game sitings in October promise to guarantee action and excitement as it is the very dry season, waterholes are teeming with game searching for water and predators have a lot to choose from. One needs to be prepared for some pretty spectacular sitings that Mother Nature will throw your way.
Daily activities will be advised when in camp based on weather and game patterns. Being a private concession the night drives are allowed and a good chance to see cats. If you are adventurous and availability pending, you can opt to sleep outside on a star bed and experience the raw african bush under a blanket of stars that will wow you all night.
Hwange is a beautiful park in Zimbabwe that is pristine and vehicle movements are controlled so it is unlikely you will see many, if any, other people apart from those you are in camp with. Daily surprises will have you delighted and excited for every day.

The Hide is less high end, although still with all the luxuries, not quite as special.

Today we recommend a day of White Water Rafting. Being voted as the best one day rafting in the world, today you will explore the grade 5 rapids below the Victoria Falls. This is high adrenaline and October the river is at peak rafting time, so a lot of white water action and swimming.
Return to the lodge after lunch around 3pm where you can relax and possibly opt of a relaxing massage after feeling like you have been in a washing machine all day and walked up and down the gorge.
Dinner - farewell dinner at the lodge and romantic turn down.
Today you will check out and transfer to the Vic Falls Airport for your flight to Botswana.
On arrival into Kasane, you will check through customs and immigration and meet your rep who will assist you with the charter flight into camp.
On arrival into camp you will check in for THREE nights on a fully inclusive basis. Daily game activities will be advised to you by your friendly guides who will plan around the weather and game patterns. Everyday is different and due to the heat and lack of rain a lot of the game is concentrated along the Delta waterways and waterholes so game viewing is equally as good from boat or drive. This place is very hard to describe without being there and it will definitely be somewhere that will fill your soul and that you will fall in love with.
There are many many camps to choose from in the Delta. At this time of year it is best to have a combination camp of water and land based activities to get the all round experience. Choice of camp will be based on availability

Today check out of your lodge and charter flight to Maun where you will connect for your commercial flight to Cape Town.

Weather in Cape Town plays a big part of your plans, so whilst we have listed daily activities these will be changed and adapted to the weather. Your guide will be checking weather forecasts and advising you daily what can be done, and if you wish to add or take out anything that you don't want to do, he is totally flexible. Should you wish to have a day at leisure we would recommend this for some down time at the resort and also to explore the V&A Waterfront, shopping, eating and just enjoying the Vibe of CapeTown. We would therefore recommend an extra night, and if you wanted to, you could move from CapeTown city to the winelands and have a night or two there, depending on if you want more time in the wine valleys.
