Breakfast and then departure for Bom Jardim. Bom Jardim is a district in the municipality of Nobres, 162 km from Cuiabá Airport. It is strategically located in an area of transitional forest between the Cerrado and the Amazon Rainforest. As is typical of limestone regions, the municipality is cut by rivers and lagoons with crystal-clear waters and is the natural habitat of several species of fish and plants. These rivers and lagoons are perfect for diving and floating in natural pools that are up to 6 meters deep. Each activity lasts around 2 hours. A 1 km trail to the Aquário Encantado and Rio Salobra, where we will do our first float. 500 m float at the rhythm of the current.
In the late afternoon, we set off towards Chapada dos Guimarães, passing impressive rock formations during this 3-hour drive.

Departure for the Rio Clarinho. Rowing boat trip on the Rio Clarinho, exploring the banks of the riparian forest and mangrove swamp. This is where giant otters live and, if you're lucky, you'll see them playing with their families. There is the possibility of fishing for piranhas, a fun and challenging activity, as they have the ability to steal the bait from the hook without the fisherman realizing it.
Barbecue-style lunch will be prepared at the campsite by the river. We return to the Pousada for lunch. We end this rich day with a hike to the Bugio Tower, our tallest tower - 25 m high - which offers a spectacular view over the Pantanal plain.
