Day 1: Umhlanga

On arrival into Durban Airport you will be picked up and transferred t your lodge ready for a one night stay. You will have the afternoon to relax around the pool, to refresh after the flight. If you would like to do any activities in Durban we can arrange this for you.

Day 2: Underberg

Today you will be picked up at an agreed time and transferred to Underberg in the beautiful Drakensberg area. It is a picturesque drive and you will have the opportunity to stop on route.

Day 3: Underberg

Today is an included full day tour to Sani Pass. The legendary Sani Pass provides the only road link between KwaZulu-Natal and Lesotho, and is the only road crossing the summit of the high Drakensberg. Visit the highest pub in Africa and sit back and enjoy the views on this hair-raising 4x4 adventure.

Day 4: KwaZulu Natal Battlefields

Today you will transfer across to Rorkes Drift Lodge ready for a 2 night stay.

Day 5: KwaZulu Natal Battlefields

Today is an included Battlefields Tour. You will visit places that will evoke a deep sense of history. As your storyteller shares dramatic stories of the battles of Isandlwana, Rorke’s Drift, Blood River or Talana, you will experience the hardship, tragedy, sense of victory and the futility of war.

Day 6: Hluhluwe–Imfolozi Park

Following your private transfer to Hilltop Camp you will have the chance to relax in the beautiful wilderness setting of the lodge.

Day 7: Hluhluwe–Imfolozi Park

Today you have a game drive included. If you would like to do more activities then we can help you to arrange this.

Day 8: St Lucia

Today you will transfer across to the beautiful water surroundings of St Lucia, ready for a two night stay at the lovely African Dreamz.

Day 9: St Lucia

On your final day you have an included Cape Vidal Tour. The park is known as iSimangaliso Wetland Park and is truly enormous. Starting in the South (Mphelane Lighthouse) to the border of Mozambique in the North. The park has had world heritage status since 1999.

En route to Cape Vidal you will be absolutely surprised by the incredible beauty and splendid wildlife. From St Lucia to Cape Vidal it is 27 km however there are numerous loop roads, hides and more to visit especially Mission rocks situated halfway between Cape Vidal and St Lucia.

Day 10: End of Itinerary

Today at an agreed time you will be picked up and transferred back to the airport for your onward flight or flight home.
