Welcome to the world of Travel and Impact !

From the moment you land, you can rely on us to assist you with travel arrangements and facilitate interactions with your change-making entrepreneur.

You will be greeted by our English-speaking representative who will guide you through the planning and travel documents, answer all your questions, and remain your main point of contact during your journey.

The rest of the day is at leisure, providing time to relax before we commence our journey.

This week will be spent exploring the city and its surroundings, providing you with a comprehensive insight into the company's life, team, and projects. 

To ensure a well-rounded understanding of the company dynamics, we recommend a balanced schedule – half of the time dedicated to company-related activities and the other half immersing yourself in the country's culture, economy, and politics. Our immersion activities are designed to go beyond typical tourist experiences, offering a real-life encounter with the business environment.

Here's a proposed itinerary for your first week:

Morning : Immersion language and culture class. Our facilitator specializing in welcoming diplomats and expats will guide you through a brief and entertaining language and culture class after breakfast.

Afternoon : Meet & Greet. Visit the company, get introduced to local teams, and have a meeting with senior management to discuss the scope of work.

Morning : Visit a previous project. Understand its scope, challenges, potential, and scalability.

Afternoon : City walking tour with a guide. Gain a sense of direction, learn about the city's history, and observe how small companies operate on the ground.

Morning : Coaching day. Meet with senior management to discuss first findings, and how it impacts plan for the future.

Afternoon : Explore beyond the city. Our tour guide will take you to areas surrounding the city, revealing how life and work varies across regions.

Morning : Team day. Spend time with the local team on a project to understand the on-the-ground situation, team dynamics, and company culture.

Afternoon : Explore the city key attractions. Each city as a couple of unmissable places to visit: a museum, botanical garden, landmark, or scenic spots.

Morning: Business Plan day. Translate your understanding of the vision into a 5-year business plan encompassing sales, marketing, operations, admin, and finance strategies.

Afternoon: Artisan and atelier tour. Discover the city's best and most unique products.

Morning: Debrief breakfast with CEO/Directors. Plan how the relationship could continue and evolve in the future.

This schedule aims to provide a comprehensive experience, blending business insights with cultural immersion to make the most of your week in and around the city.

11h00 : You will then have your car rental delivered by your hotel : Toyota Fortuner 4x4 or equivalent and will drive to the beautiful Bagatelle Kalahari Game Ranch, a beautiful property nestled in the heart of Kalahari dunes, the region being a perfect introduction to Namibia's landscapes (+/- 03h00 drive).

During your stay, you can enjoy the following activities (not included) :

• Combo excursion by 4x4 in the reserve + Cheetah Conservation excursion 
• Sunset excursion by 4x4 in the reserve
• Excursion by 4x4 by night 
• Horse riding in the desert

Today you will drive to the Sossusvlei region - to the famous Namibian Dunes (+/- 03h00 drive)

Upon arrival at the lodge, your lunch will be served and will then be able to relax by the lounge or the pool. Then, will follow your afternoon excursion with a guide. 

During your stay, you can enjoy the following activities (included) :

• Excursion by 4x4 in Sossusvlei (Big Daddy, Dune 45, Dead Vlei, Sesriem Canyon) 
• Guided walk in the desert 
• Quad biking 
• Fat biking 

You'll also be able to request your bed to be set "under the stars" for an incredible night !

Today you continue to explore the Sossusvlei region !

During your stay, you can enjoy the following activities (included) :

• Quad biking 
• Fat biking 

You'll also be able to request your bed to be set "under the stars" for an incredible night !

Today, you will drive to Walvis Bay / Swakopmund (+/- 04h10 drive).

On this route, you'll experience an impression of Great American West and lunar landscapes, with its long straight tracks ! You'll aslo go through many valleys while getting closer to the ocean, you'll even start to see the Namib Dunes...

On the way, you will stop in Solitaire for a coffee in the famous bakery and its carcasses from another time.

You will then continue and stop again for a picture in front of the Tropic of Capricorn sign.

Upon arrival, you'll be transferred with a private 4x4 to Pelican Point Lodge on the peninsula.

The lodge will allow you to be out of space and time where the only sound you will hear from your beautiful room will be the seals and the sounds of the ocean.

Your lunch will be served at the lodge. 

During your stay, you can enjoy the following activities (included) :

• Sunset excursion by 4x4 
• Guided excursion by 4x4 on the Peninsula to discover the local species such as seals, pelicans, flamingos and even jackal ... 
• Kayak excursion

Other excursion are available with extras (not included) : 

• Excursion in the dunes of Sandwich Harbour by 4x4 
• Boat cruise around Walvis Bay and the Peninsula

Today you continue to explore Walvis Bay and its surroundings !

During your stay, you can enjoy the following activities (included) :

• Sunset excursion by 4x4 
• Guided excursion by 4x4 on the Peninsula to discover the local species such as seals, pelicans, flamingos and even jackal ... 
• Kayak excursion

Other excursion are available with extras (not included) : 

• Excursion in the dunes of Sandwich Harbour by 4x4 
• Boat cruise around Walvis Bay and the Peninsula 

Breakfast at the lodge and you'll be transferred back from this beautiful place to your car rental. 

Drive to Spitzkoppe and overnight at the Spitzkoppen Lodge surrounded by granite mountains (+/- 2h)

Spitzkoppen Lodge offers a variety of quality recreational activities, with an emphasis on “responsible recreation in a fragile environment”.
The Grosse and Kleine Spitzkoppe Mountains are important sites in describing patterns of hunter-gatherer settlement and subsistence that occurred in the area until the introduction of livestock during the previous millennium.
Evidence is documented at over forty rock-art sites. In addition to their historical significance, the cultural and spiritual value of the sites make the Spitzkoppe an important heritage area for all Namibians.

During your stay, you can enjoy the following activities (not included) :

• The bushmen tour with the discovery of rock-art paintings
• Guided bike trails upon sunset 
• Stargazing

Today, you will drive to a new region of Namibia : the Damaraland ! (+/- 2h30 drive)

You'll settle in the breathtaking Mowani Mountain Camp, where your lunch will be served upon arrival. 

Your afternoon will be at leisure, and you will have the occasion of taking the multiple hiking trails around the lodge. Those hiking trail can be guided on request at the lodge.

This morning, you will leave for an excursion by 4x4 around the Damaraland in search of the fauna such as desert adapted elephants or rhinos. 

Return at the lodge and breakfast at the lodge

You will enjoy some time at leisure to enjoy the lodge's facilities and surroundings. 

Lunch at the lodge 

This afternoon, you will leave for an excursion in the famous site of Twyfelfontein, UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you will explore the rock-art paintings as well as the Burnt Mountain or Organ Pipes.

Once ready to hit the road, you will head to the famous Etosha National Park, Namibia's most impressive reserve ! 

You'll stay in the south of the park in a private concession named Etosha Heights  (+/- 03h00 drive) where you will stay at Etosha Mountain Lodge, giving you an amazing view of the park. 

Etosha Heights shares directly a "border" with Etosha National Park allowing the fauna to roam freely. This gives the guests the opportunity of the beautiful animal sightings while enjoying a more intimate experience of the game drive. 

Your lunch will be served upon arrival. 

This afternoon, you will experience your first game drive in open 9-seater safari vehicle, at sunset, for a  duration  of 3 hours. The lodge will always prioritise the guests to have only "window" seating as much as possible during game drive.

Today, you continue to explore Etosha !

This morning, you will go on another game drive in open 9-seater safari vehicle, at sunrise, for a  duration  of 3 hours. The lodge will always prioritise the guests to have only "window" seating as much as possible during game drive. 

Breakfast at the lodge upon return 

Time at leisure to enjoy the lodge facilities, you can also request a bush walk instead of a game drive during your stay. 

Lunch at the lodge 

This afternoon, you will go on another game drive in open 9-seater safari vehicle, at sunset, for a  duration  of 3 hours. The lodge will always prioritise the guests to have only "window" seating as much as possible during game drive. 

Diner at the lodge 

This morning, you will have the opportunity to go on a last game-drive, though you can also decide to stay at the lodge and have a late morning.

Today, you'll head to the Okonjima reserve! (+/- 04h00) 

The Okonjima Game Reserve is known for helping to save and conserve Namibia's big cats, especially cheetahs and leopards.

Once settled into your new accommodation at Okonjima Plain Camp, we recommend booking the following experiences (not included): 

• Leopard tracking and viewing in the Okonjima Game Reserve (education and research around the condition of the leopard in Namibia) 
• "Off the beaten track": an excursion starting with an informative and interactive hike, followed by a short safari in the Okonjima Reserve 
• Endangered Species Safari
• Guided safari

This morning, you'll head to Windhoek airport (+/- 3h drive) to catch your international flight back.
