Day 1: Central Namibia

Upon arrival at the Windhoek International Airport meet with your guide and your yoga teacher, who will accompany you for the duration of the tour. We depart for Mount Etjo Safari Lodge some 270 km north of the airport.  Check in and opportunity for an afternoon game drive depending on your flight arrival time.  Participate in yoga exercises in the early evening in the lodge garden.

Days 2 - 3: Epacha Private Game Reserve

After breakfast departure for Namibia's iconic Etosha National Park. Arrive at Epacha Lodge & Spa in time for lunch.  In the afternoon we set off for our first game drive in the park. Upon return participate in yoga exercises before dinner.

The next morning starts with yoga exercises, followed by breakfast and another game drive in the park. We return for lunch and a little siesta. In the afternoon you have the option to participate in a game drive in the lodge's own game reserve. Yoga exercises before dinner.

Day 4: Damaraland

Start the day with yoga exercises. Today's destination is the rugged mountain region of Damaraland.  The route leads via Outjo and Khorixas to Twyfelfontein. Arrive at Twyfelfontein Country Lodge in the early afternoon.  Check in and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon you have the opportunity to participate in a nature drive in search for the desert-adapted elephant, which roam the riverbeds and plains in the area.  Return to the lodge is after sunset and in time for dinner.

Day 5: Cape Cross

Again the day begins with a yoga session. Then we have breakfast and load our luggage. First visit in the morning is at the rock engravings at Twyfelfontein, Namibia's first World Heritage site. Next stop will be at the Burnt Mountain followed by the Organ Pipes. Last visit will be at the Damara Living Museum, after which we depart for the former mining town of Uis, where lunch will be served (not included in the tour price). 

The route then continues to today's final destination Cape Cross on the Atlantic coast, which we will reach after an 2 1/2 hours drive. Check in at Cape Cross Lodge and relax from the intense morning.  The beach in front of the veranda invites for some leisurely walking. Before dinner participate in the yoga session.

Days 6 - 7: Swakopmund

Before breakfast participate in a Yoga exercise on the beach.  Then, after breakfast, we depart for our first visit  of the day when we stop over at the nearby seal colony. Then we continue to Swakopmund with a visit of the Zeila shipwreck en route. Arrival at Swakopmund is in the early afternoon. Have a light lunch (optional and not included in the tour price). The afternoon after check-in is at own leisure.  For sunset we meet again for a yoga session. Dinner will be in one of the town's fine restaurants. 

The second day is an early start as we have to reach Walvis Bay in time for the kayaking experience that starts at 09h00 AM.  Depart on a Catamaran to Pelican Point at the bay's edge, disembark and start with your kayak excursion along the seal colony there. After a good time has been spent there return to the beach and enjoy brunch.  Return to Walvis Bay in 4x4 vehicles via the salt works and the Walvis Bay lagoon to see the myriads of flamingos there.

Return to Swakopmund and the Casa al Mare Guesthouse in the early afternoon.  Check in, refresh and then depart to explore the town on foot.  in the early evening participate in some more yoga exercises followed by dinner again in a restaurant.

Days 8 - 10: Solitaire

Start the day with yoga exercises followed by breakfast. Then we depart for the highlight of your journey as we enter the Namib Desert and follow the route towards the sand sea of Sossusvlei. Our first visit will be the Moon Landscape, after which we continue to the great plains of the gravel desert, down the Kuiseb and the Gaub Canyons to  reach Tsondab Valley Lodge in the early afternoon.  After we have settled in and relaxed during the hot hours of the day, feel invited to take a leisurely walk along the Camelthorn Valley and petrified dunes. The early evening is dedicated to another yoga exercises before dinner is served.

The next day  start early with breakfast and then depart for Sossusvlei. Climb Dune 45, walk the Dead Vlei and participate in some yoga exercises, before returning to the entrance, where Sesriem Canyon waits for your exploration. Lunch may be enjoyed in a restaurant nearby (not included in tour price) , before we return to base.  The remainder of the afternoon is at own leisure. The early evening offers some more yoga exercises followed by dinner.

The third day at Tsondab Valley Lodge offers various activities from hiking the Hidden Canyon to a half-day desert excursion in an open 4x4 vehicle.  Enjoy the unique sceneries and panoramas of Tsondab Valley Lodge.

Day 11: Central Namibia

Yoga, breakfast and departure to return to the central high plateau and Naankuse Lodge 43 km east of Windhoek. Arrival there is in the early afternoon.  Settle in and prepare for the last itinerary on your journey as we participate in a carnivore feeding tour. Your final  evening yoga exercise is followed by dinner.

Day 12: End of Itinerary

A very last  early morning yoga session is followed by breakfast. Then prepare your luggage and off we go to the airport for your return flight back to Italy.
