After arrival at Nelspruit airport you will be transferred to Sabi Sand Game Reserve, where you will stay for 3 nights at Inyati Game Lodge. If you arrive in time, have lunch and then enjoy your first afternoon shared safari drive (time permitting).
Transfer from Nelspruit to Sabi Sand
The morning game drive starts at sunrise. You will be woken up before sunrise for tea and coffee before the game drive starts. Then you are off for 3 hours to find as many animals as possible before they all find trees to hide under in the heat of the day.
When the game drive returns to the lodge, you will be served a big cooked breakfast and have time to relax. You can sit by the pool, read a book, take a nap and just absorb being out in the bush.
The afternoon game drive will start around 16:00, after high tea. It will last for +-3 hours, with a stop somewhere for sundowners. You will return to the lodge in the dark, with a spotlight to look for nocturnal animals.
Depending what time your flight departs, you will have a chance to go one last morning game drive and have breakfast before being transferred to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. We will be happy to help with any add on safari excursions, such as trips to Victoria Falls or Cape Town
