- On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be met and shown to a VIP lounge where you can relax whilst waiting for your connecting flight to the Serengeti. Upon arrival in your chosen national park, you will be met by a guide and provided with an overview of the surrounding area whilst enjoying a game drive to camp. On arrival, you’ll be provided with a briefing and camp overview, before sitting down for lunch and the opportunity to settle in.
- In the afternoon, you will return to the bush with your guide and discover the incredible wildlife. The Serengeti is home to plentiful big cats, black rhino, elephant, buffalo and much more, offering a classic savannah plains safari.
- At sunset, head back to camp, where you can freshen up before enjoying drinks around the campfire, followed by a delicious dinner. A perfect ending to the first day of your honeymoon.
- Depending on your preferences, there are a couple of options available as to how your day is structured. One option is to break camp early and head out with a picnic breakfast for a morning game activity, returning to camp in time for lunch. This allows you to leave camp as early as possible, as wildlife is often most active in the cool morning hours. In the afternoon, you can do another game activity or relax by the pool with a good book. Alternatively, you can eat breakfast at camp and head out on your game drive slightly later, with a picnic lunch to be enjoyed on the plains or overlooking the river, returning in the mid-afternoon. Private vehicle hire is optional, significantly increasing flexibility, but it must be booked in advance.

- Today you are coming from the Serengeti, and you will fly to Songo Songo Island before taking an exciting 45-minute boat trip to the exclusive Fanjove Island.
