The remote and starkly beautiful landscape of the Northern Serengeti inspired the design of Sayari's 15 tented suits, which are a subtle mirror of the iconic flat-topped volcanic Turner Hill to the north. Inside, the rich mahogany floors and delicate tones of sand, stone, and acacia reflect the hues and textures of the natural terrain. Each spacious suite has a king-sized bed (twin beds available) with fine linens and safari-chic decor to offset the wilderness just beyond the canvas walls. The en-suite bathrooms with walk-in shower and egg-shaped bathtub overlook the Northern Serengeti plains, as do the beautiful private verandas outside.
One of Sayari’s 15 tented suites is a spacious, two-bedroom family suite suitable for two adults and three children under the age of 16. The main bedroom is similar to that of the other tents and has all the amenities you would expect: a king-sized bed, walk-in shower, huge bathtub with stunning views of the northern Serengeti, and of course, a spacious private veranda. The main bedroom is linked to the children’s room by a raised platform complete with safety railings. This second bedroom has three single beds with access to a spacious en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a private veranda, so no one misses out on those fabulous views of the wilderness.

LABA Fanjove Island | Fanjove Island
LABA Fanjove Exclusive Island is the smallest of six islands in the Songo Songo Archipelago, just off the coast of Tanzania. This iconic sand and coral island with its many palm trees, white sandy beaches and shimmering water is only one kilometer long and about 400 meters wide.
This beautiful, barefoot-freedom tropical island is surrounded by shimmering blue water with white sandy beaches, shaded with palm trees. Only the 19th century lighthouse and some architectural remnants of a former fishing village settlement hint at previous occupation by anything other than wildlife. There are 13 discreet, eco-chic private beach villas on the island (including one family and soon, a beach manor). These are set along the sandy shore in complete harmony with the environment. Made from all natural, traditional materials, the whole property is designed to leave as little footprint possible.
Step out of your villa, toes in the sand, swim and snorkel straight off the beach or head out to explore the pristine 11 kilometer coral reef. SUP or Kayak around the island or enjoy a marine safari on one of our dhows in search of spinner dolphins, green turtles and humpback whales (seasonal).

The waters surrounding Fanjove are home to at 11km coral reef, which is largely undiscovered. Therefore, diving off Fanjove is an incredible secluded and private experience - with no one else for miles enjoy this stunning natural marine paradise all yourself.
A huge effort has gone into preserving and protecting this reef, the efforts made in the last decade have lead to the paradise seen today.
Fanjove is lucky to have different dolphin species as our neighbors. Spend a couple of hours on the boat to try and see either Spinner Dolphins or Bottlenose Dolphins.
Enjoy the sunset and views of Fanjove from the traditional East Africa coast sailing vessel. A local boat will set sail before sunset for you to enjoy a sundowner while experiencing the timeless beauty of the wooden dhow.
Relax in Fanjove’s blue waters while watching the marine world pass you by. Butterfly fish, Angelfish, Damselfish, and a variety of corals and invertebrates are just off of Fanjove’s doorstep. You have the option to snorkel straight off the main beach or venture further afield to secret spots
At low tide we have access to a secluded sand bank that offers snorkeling and chance to have a local lunch with grilled fish prepared privately right in front of you. Relax in the shade and wait for dolphins to come by, or jump in the water to cool off, until the sand bank disappears underwater with the incoming tides.
