Windhoek, Namibia’s capital city, is described as a city with a ‘continental’ atmosphere and this can be ascribed to its architecture – historical buildings dating back to German colonial rule. Windhoek was initially known as Ai-gams a Nama word meaning ‘firewater’, ‘steam’ or ‘smoke’ because of the area’s plentiful hot springs.

Kalahari Anib Lodge lies like a lush green oasis in the midst of red Kalahari dunes. The restaurant and chalets are arranged around a shaded courtyard with a large swimming pool. 52 rooms (30 Twin Standard, 17 Twin Comfort and 5 Family Comfort Rooms) with a private veranda are available for tour groups.Located about 30 km northeast of Mariental the lodge makes for a perfect stopover on the way south.

Nestled in the Naukluft mountains with an unspoiled and uninterrupted panoramic view of the Namib Desert, a mere 19 Km from the Sesriem turn-off, the gateway to Sossusvlei. Desert Hills Lodge consists of 20 twin en-suite luxury thatched and air-conditioned chalets. All the chalets are built in such a way as to ensure total privacy and tranquility for each and everyone of our guests. Desert Hills Lodge has a restaurant, fully licensed bar, wine cellar, and a deck pool with an outside barbeque area and a fire pit.

Desert Hills is the perfect place to use as a base for exploring the area or spending time in its serenity and think the thoughts you’ve forgotten to think. Sossusvlei and Sesriem is a stone throw away and top of your day with delectable cheese and wine in the cellar, a heavenly sundowner, glorious dining, and the kind of sleep Morpheus would be proud of.

Centrally situated, the hotel serves as the perfect getaway to all tourists amenities which Swakopmund and surrounding areas have to offer, from sand-boarding some of the highest dunes in the world to big game viewing in one of our country's world-known game parks. The intimate Ozondjou Trails is erected on a small plateau and offers magnificent panoramic views over the Ugab and the massive Brandberg. Ozondjou is the Herero word for elephants.
Accommodation is in comfortable meru-style tents with solar lights, en-suite shower, wash basin and flushing toilet. A tented lapa is used as a dining room and lounge. An English breakfast and a 3-course dinner prepared on the fire pit are included. Local beverages are included in your stay.

The package itinerary looks as follows:
Afternoon drive to meet a local farmer, who will give you an insight on farming in the area and the challenges that they are facing in their daily lives farming with free-roaming wildlife. We end of the afternoon with a short walk and sundowners before returning to camp for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast enjoy a 3/4 day elephant drive in the Ugab River and surrounding area. We join the EHRA team in their daily patrol, searching for desert elephants and studying their behavior. This is also a good opportunity to encounter normal plains game. A tasteful cold picnic lunch will be served on this excursion. Return to camp in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight.

Etosha Mountain Lodge, set in its own Reserve, is designed in the typically Namibian style with beautiful far-reaching views from the dolomite hill on which it stands. The design is characterised by wood and stone interiors with relaxed soft furnishings. Its high roofed, round thatch buildings boast a large 'Lapa' area with a well-stocked bar, a lounge with DSTV and in-door fire-place for those chilly winter evenings, a small but plentiful curio shop, reception with Wi-Fi access and lastly the comfortable, spacious dining room. Outside on the large wooden decked area is a refreshing swimming pool, out-door 'Boma' and abundant wine cellar.

This classic lodge comprises of eight thatched chalets and one spacious family suite. All have en-suite bathrooms, with both a shower and bathtub in each, and their own expansive wooden viewing decks enabling you to fully take in the breathtaking vistas surrounding you.

Daily activities include game drives on the Reserve, tracking the elusive Black and White Rhino and the growing population of big cats. As the sun drops you can search for those nocturnal species not seen during the day. The Reserve acts as a wildlife buffer for the National Park so guests have the chance to learn more of the conservation and protection efforts that are in place in the area.

Etosha King Nehale has been designed and decorated to pay homage to the rich cultural heritage of the area and the majestic riches of the Etosha animal kingdom. Guests of this Gondwana lodge are immediately captivated by the fascinating atmosphere and warm cordiality that arises from the great attention to detail, whether in the interior design, the choice of food and other details.
The Lodge is situated on the Andoni Plains, one kilometre from Etosha’s northern King Nehale Gate and only 48 kilometres north of Namutoni. At this welcoming lodge each of the 40 spacious chalets has its own plunge pool and views over the plains.

Etosha King Nehale has private access to a remote waterhole in Etosha National Park where the lodge has established its Ontalelo Outpost. The name says it all: ontalelo meaning “view, sight”, “outpost” describes a remote part of a kingdom or empire. Guests can enjoy the fascinating experience of being really close to the wonders of Etosha’s animal kingdom.
To the north, the pulsating cultural vibrancy of the communal areas of the Oshikoto, Oshana, Ohangwena and Omusati regions awaits visitors.
