2. Elaboration of handmade chocolate in hand mill: Participants who wish can collaborate in the manufacturing by selecting, roasting, peeling and grinding cacao. Sweetener options and two options of organic essences to mix with artisanal chocolate.
Pacari chocolate tasting 45 min
