Vil Uyana, is located in the heart of the Cultural Triangle, and is without a doubt one of the best luxury boutique hotels within the area, as well as being one of the best within the whole of Sri Lanka. The hotel is set just only 5 kilometers from the Sigiriya Rock Fortress. There are 25 individual thatched roof chalets, which are set on a pattern of raised pathways above lake and paddy fields. The 98 Acres Resort is a boutique hotel in Ella set amidst tea covered hills with magnificent views of the southern plains, Ella rock and Little Adam’s Peak.
