Maison Gallieni is located on the hillside, in the historic ‘upper’ district of Antananarivo. So it offers spectacular views over the city. Built in 1879 as the headquarters of the largest bank based in Madagascar, Maison Gallieni is now the official residence of the Consul of Monaco. There are only four bedrooms, each decorated differently and each with its own charm. They are all air conditioned, equipped with flat screen, safe, tea/coffee facilities, telephone and wifi.
