On the 2nd/3rd floors, Mountain Standard single or double rooms overlook our gardens with the eastern slopes of Table Mountain as backdrop. Bathrooms each have a separate shower and bath. Bedrooms are decorated in quiet, natural-toned neutrals. Each room is equipped with a flatscreen, a hairdryer, complimentary tea & coffee making facilities and wall safe.

Similar to Mountain Facing rooms but with a larger bedroom (approximately 26 sqm) and sliding doors opening on to its own balcony /patio where guest can sit outside admiring the spectacular view of Table Mountain.

At the north end of the estate, Garden Junior Suites are restfully styled spaces with deluxe bathrooms with separate showers and baths. The bedrooms step down to cosy lounge areas and private garden patios. Each Junior Suite is equipped with a flatscreen, a queen bed, a hairdryer, a wall safe, Nespresso Coffee Machine and DVD player.

Choose from seven newly-designed deluxe suites on the north side of the estate with a spacious balcony overlooking the gardens and mountains.

Located at riverside near our spa, River Suite has patio access, a deluxe bathroom with a separate shower and bath, and an open-plan bedroom and a lounge area styled in rich colours and dark woods. The Suite is equipped with a flatscreen, a queen bed, a hairdryer, wall safe, Nespresso Coffee Machine and DVD player.

Located in the Hotel’s impressive new wing, overlooking the leafy courtyard and pool, these 21 compact open-plan rooms are eclectically styled, with the latest contemporary features and fittings, offset by chic vintage-inspired details and textures and offering twin, double or king size beds. All en-suite with luxury shower, some also feature a separate bath. Ground floor rooms enjoy shady garden patios, while rooms on the 2nd floor have step-out balconies.

These 12 rooms are located on both the ground and first floors of the original inn-house building, and in the adjacent Victorian wings overlooking the garden courtyard. Each is uniquely decorated in the hotels signature ‘chic antique’ contemporary style, with rich woods and textiles that echo the extravagant comforts of a Georgian bedroom. With either double or twin beds, all include spacious luxury bathrooms with showers and walk-in dressing rooms. Average room + bathroom dimensions are approximately 35-40m ² + 6m².

The Premier Rooms are comprised of 4 rooms in De Oude Pastorie, and 2 rooms in the Albert and Victoria Honeymoon Cottage. De Oude Pastorie rooms are all double story, and have the familiar sash windows and flat-roofed feature of most Southern Cape villages.

The Village Square offers beautifully decorated rooms, each unique in design. The building resembles traditional building styles of the early Cape Colon, and the rooms are decorated accordingly. These rooms include Hanover, Drostdy, Ikaya, Arnistin and the Victorian Cottages.

The beautifully decorated Barn rooms date back to the 1800’s, and were originally used as stables for travelers’ horses while journeying along the Garden Route. The rooms were converted into the cosy bedrooms they are now in 1996, and offer beautiful views during your stay.
