Having lived and worked in the tourism sector in West & East Africa for a number of years they have always been passionate about creating a 'soft landing' for people to explore this beautiful continent and to offer something that provides 'an African home away from home'. They are lucky to have an incredible staff team who really are the life and soul of the Guinea Fowl. They have been with them from the beginning and very much part of its creation. They are very happy to share all their experiences with you to make sure you have the best experience possible whether working, traveling or volunteering in Uganda.

The newly build Guest House that is run by Icelandic and Swedish people is in a safe area 5min from the source of the river Nile & 5min from Jinja-town. The Guest House has fantastic art and design all over the place, great breakfast & free fast WIFI! The guesthouse also has a Relaxing swimming-pool area, self-contained rooms and suites. Almost all rooms have their own relaxing terrace/lounge.

Kotido is a small town and district in Northern Karamoja. The main group of people who live here are the Jie, a Karimojong sub-group. Since disarmament (2008 and before) the security is good in this region. Ronald en Anke Simiyu started living in Kotido in 2010.

Kidepo Savannah Lodge is located on the edge of Kidepo Valley National Park in Uganda. Lake Albert Safari Lodge is situated on the banks of Lake Albert in the Kabwoya Wildlife Reserve.

Construction of the lodge commenced in April 2005 and was opened in September 2006. The main lodge with pool and thatch cabanas faces Lake Albert with magnificent views of the Blue Congo Mountains to the West.

The Lodge has been designed and furnished with nature in mind creating a feeling of comfort and relaxation in the African bush. Meals are prepared with fresh fruits and vegetables supplied by local farmers. With friendly staff and home from home atmosphere visitors will find the services and accommodations comfortable and affordable.

Kibale Forest Camp is a serene retreat located just outside the southern part of Kibale Forest National Park, Uganda, bordering the Magombe swamp and the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary. The camp offers a variety of accommodations, including safari-style tents with ensuite bathrooms and private verandas. Guests can enjoy dining at the on-site restaurant and bar, which serves meals in a cozy, open structure overlooking a lush garden. Guests can enjoy various activities such as chimpanzee tracking, exploring the crater lakes, visiting Mahoma Waterfalls, and hiking through the tea estates.

The Bush Lodge is a charming safari camp located in Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda, near the Kazinga Channel. The lodge offers a variety of accommodations, including self-contained bandas with private terraces and ensuite bathrooms, and tents with shared facilities. Guests can enjoy dining at the on-site restaurant, which features a large dining tent overlooking the Kazinga Channel and the Rwenzori Mountains. Guests can also enjoy various safari activities such as game drives, birding, and chimpanzee trekking.

Enjojo Lodge is bordering the Ishasha sector of Queen Elisabeth Park. It is situated on 40 hectares amidst acacia forest, lush vegetation with palm trees and scattered grassland. Birdlife is abundant and herds of elephants, buffaloes and antelopes are regularly spotted on the land. Vervet monkeys, baboons and black and white colobus have become residents. The lodge offers comfortable accommodation to suit all budgets. In the main lodge area, there are 3 thatched cottages and one Safari House, allowing a total of 16 guests, contributing to a quiet and intimate retreat. The cottages are interlinked with an elevated wooden walkway, and each room has an en-suite bathroom and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. On the wide verandas, guests can relax and overlook the surrounding bush and savanna. Enjojo Safari House can be booked by families ar private groups of up to 7 guests and has its own little outdoor kitchen.

Perched on a peninsula in Lake Mutanda in the shadow of the Virunga Mountain Range, Mutanda Lake Resort offers comfortable accommodation combined with the most beautiful views on planet earth. Situated between Kisoro town, Mgahinga and Bwindi National Parks the Resort makes a perfect base for gorilla trackers, volcano hikers, bird lovers as well as those looking for a secluded place in nature.
