On the same level are a study, walk-in minibar, bathroom, dressing room, outdoor shower, and a wide living deck with sunken seats & catamaran nets over the pool, perfect for lounging, sunbathing, dining or just taking in the sunset. Villa 34’s wholly unique design is inspired by the gentle, undulating curves that are found in nature. This three bedroom beachfront villa is a sprawling 1,956 sqm with not a straight line in sight. It has a freshwater swimming pool and children’s pool with its own water slide. There is also a children’s treehouse by the pool.

On the ground floor the separate Master Suite has an outdoor bathroom with a water feature. The ground floor is also home to the spacious open-plan living and dining area, as well as the kitchen, chocolate room and wine vault. The dedicated gym, sauna and steam room suite comes with its own outdoor bathroom with a water feature. On the first floor, the two guest bedrooms are joined by a roped gangway, each with an en suite bathroom and toilet. This villa’s viewing tower is crowned with a dining table, which is the highest point on the island.

This is our idea of what overwater living should be, with a huge 1,226 square metres of luxurious living space and uninhibited views in every direction. This villa features four private bedrooms, in addition to a study, gym, an outdoor shower and bath with private access to the lagoon, TV lounge, pantry, minibar, in-villa wine vault and a sleeping area for the children, as well as a water slide into the lagoon below.

The 4 bedroomed Island Reserve is surrounded by a vast swimming pool and tropical garden leading directly to our sunset beach, with uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean. Large living areas and outdoor deck include sunken dining areas, kids pool, walk in mini bar, steam room & sauna. The Master bedroom with a large dressing and outdoor bathroom, as well as the second bedroom are located on the ground floor. Two further guest bedrooms are up the stairs, with the Gym and the TV lounge.
