Park Hyatt Siem Reap is located on Sivutha Boulevard in the heart of Cambodia’s cultural capital. Guests are ideally positioned to explore Angkor Wat, the Angkor Archaeological Park, and the vibrant Pub Street. Each room features a minibar, a hairdryer, an integrated media hub, individually controlled air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. On-site dining includes various options including The Dining Room, The Glasshouse and The Living Room. Facilities include a swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness centre, a luxurious spa with traditional therapies, and intimate meeting spaces, all designed to reflect the elegance and heritage of Khmer architecture.
The Dining Room is one of the best restaurants in Siem Reap and is located on the ground floor next to the courtyard. Stylish and residential, it offers a selection of French ‘au provencal’ and Cambodian dishes made from traditional recipes. Ingredients are carefully sourced and each dish is thoughtfully prepared.
The Living Room is fitted with furniture custom-made based on Bill Bensley’s design, exclusively for Park Hyatt Siem Reap. It has a residential feel with plush sofas and intimate corners. Fitted with a beautiful long communal table, a continental or local set breakfast can be served. Comfort food is offered throughout the day over a glass of wine from the extensive wine library or over an array of tea for a lazy afternoon. The restaurant is bordered by two colonnades, both functioning as verandas overlooking the courtyard and its gardens, as well as the swimming pool at the far end.
Located on the ground floor, adjacent to the Living Room, the Glasshouse Deli.Patisserie is designed in glass resembling a conservatory, providing diners with a view of Siem Reap city. Featuring a menu with freshly made sandwiches, either for dine-in or to-go, coupled with ice creams concocted within its own kitchen, the Glasshouse is the preferred food-stop in the city.
