> The world class cuisine is complemented by a fine selection of wines carefully sourced from
Vineyard boutiques in South Africa. The Blue Train has won the International Diners Club Merit
award for the finest selection of wines on numerous occassions.
> The Dining Car can seat 42 guests and two sittings are required during full ocupancy.
> The Blue Train dining experience is enhanced by the crystal glass, polished silver ware and
fine bone china.
> In keeping with the classical romantic ambience lunch is an elegantly casual affair (semi
casual) , while dinner is more formal and the men are requested to wear a jacket and tie and
the ladies elegant evening wear.
> Breakfast can be enjoyed at own leisure and is served between 07:30 and 10:00.
> Special dietary requirements such as halaal, kosher must be specified upon making a
reservation (needs at least 48 hour notice)
