The lodge consists of ten spacious chalets, one family unit, a triple room and two single rooms. The thatched public area includes a small library with a selection of good books, a bar with an extensive wine cellar, an airy lounge complete with welcoming fireplace for winter evenings, a dining area and a well stocked curio shop.
Great attention has been paid to the décor, which is an eclectic blend of traditional African and modern works of art mixed with original older paintings.

After successfully bringing refreshed design and enhanced comfort to the lodge rooms in 2024, we are now turning our attention to the heart of the lodge. In 2026, the main guest areas, including the reception, restaurant, bar, and sundowner deck, will undergo a major upgrade to create a brighter, more modern space that complements the look and feel of our newly styled rooms. To ensure a smooth renovation process with minimal disruption, the lodge will be temporarily closed from 15 January to 2 April 2026. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist with rescheduling any existing bookings.
