Southbound Tours Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms:
25% deposit - Upon confirmation.
100% payment - 60 days before travel
Cancellation Terms:
Comprehensive Travel Insurance, including trip cancellation and trip interruption cover, is required. This insurance should cover all fees retained as below, so that the client doesn't have any financial risk in the event of cancellation.
More than 60 days' notice: Cancellation Fees as charged by suppliers, plus the 25% non-refundable deposit will be retained;
45-60 days' notice: 50% retained;
44 days' or less notice: 100% retained;
No notice/no show: 100% retained
Payment Methods:
1. Payment in Namibian Dollars or South African Rands directly into our Namibian Dollar bank account.
2. Payment in US dollars directly into our US Dollar bank account, based in Namibia.
3. Credit Card Payment by using a payment link. Only VISA and Mastercard are currently payment options in Namibia. A service fee of 4.25% is charged to the client by the credit card payment facilitator.
