South Africa "The world in one country" as it is often called is our home.
We ourselves live most of the year in South Africa alternating with a few weeks in Belgium.
As soon as we arrive here, we already miss our South Africa. There is so much to do and so much to see, something we would like to share with you.
Because we ourselves have been doing business with South Africa and the surrounding neighbouring countries for over 30 years, the experiences of the culture, itineraries , activities , accommodations are so deeply ingrained in our memory that we want to share this piece with our travellers.

Africa Inside Out supports several orphanages, and townships of Tembisa and in the Johannesburg area, which we are closely involved with. Every year around the end of the year just before the holidays, we do a biscuit sale in Belgium where everything is donated in support so that these children can experience a beautiful Christmas. This takes the form of bouncy castles, a braai, clothes, nappies and food parcels for the parents.
With every traveller booking, we further support this project and donate a generous amount to these projects quarterly. We ourselves want to expand this further to also give opportunities for children to continue their studies to get out of this situation.

SALES CONDITIONS
This registration form constitutes the travel contract between Africa Inside Out and the above-mentioned CUSTOMER.
FORMALITIES
The traveller should take note of the information regarding the formalities to be completed that are communicated to him on the website or by the tour operator.
Minors must have a travel document with photograph. Minors not accompanied by, or accompanied by only one of their parents, must have documents certifying that they are authorised to travel alone, or with only one parent, stating the date of arrival and departure from the country concerned, the address where they are spending their holidays and their address in Belgium. This official document must be in English and signed by both parents.
Pets cannot be taken on the trip.
TRIP PRICE : The price of the trip has been announced on the basis of half a double room (double room to be shared). This amount may be adjusted upwards or downwards in the following cases: room supplement, child discount, optional activities and other supplement .If new taxes come into force or if existing taxes are increased ,imposed in whole or in part on Africa Inside Out, the package price will be increased accordingly. These amounts will be clearly stated in the programme and quotation.
The list of services included in the price is clearly indicated in the programme. Any services not listed in the "services included in the price" are considered not included.
FORMALITIES:
Participants, whatever their nationality, must scrupulously ensure compliance with all regulations in force at the time of the trip. They are liable for any damage that may arise for Africa Inside Out as a result of non-compliance with these regulations. No refund will be made if the participant does not arrive at the place and time specified in the invitation or if the travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination booklet, identity card, etc.) are not presented. Consequently, it will be interrupted or shortened by the traveller and cannot give rise to a refund.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Your travel documents will be sent to you 1 month before departure. Air tickets will be sent to you by e-mail a few days before departure.
BAGGAGE
If luggage is lost or damaged, travellers must fill in a property irregularity report at the airport's lost luggage department. Without this document, it is impossible to obtain compensation.
CONFIRMATION OF TRIP: For group travel :The trip will not be confirmed to the participants until the first 20 participants have registered. In case of cancellation, no later than 90 days before the departure date, the deposit paid will be fully refunded.
TIMETABLE
The schedules mentioned are indicative only. The traveller should note in all circumstances that they may be subject to change both before and during the trip.
TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR THE TRIP: A deposit of 40% of the total amount of the trip is required to confirm your participation. The balance is due 2 months before departure.
PAYMENTS:
Advances and invoices are payable by bank transfer net and without discount.
Advances and invoices, which are not paid on their due date, will legally and without
shall be increased by law and without notice of default by a fixed compensation of 10% as well as by the legal interests from the date of maturity.
TERMS OF PAYMENT FOR THE TOTAL TRIP: The total amount of the trip must be paid 2 months before departure.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
In case of cancellation, the fees listed below must be paid by the traveller in any case, even if the cancellation is due to chance or force majeure.
The cancellation fees are variable according to the time of cancellation. The exact date of cancellation is determined by the date of receipt by the tour operator. All amounts are indicated per person.
If cancelled up to 90 days before departure, a non-refundable fee of €250 per person will be charged.
If the airline imposes other cancellation conditions, e.g. immediate payment in full, the cancellation fee for flights is 100% of the flight price from the time of booking.
Less than 90 days before departure, the following cancellation conditions apply:
89 days to 60 days before departure. 25% of the travel price with a minimum of €300
59 days to 30 days prior to departure 50% of the holiday price
29 days to 15 days prior to departure 75% of the travel sum
Less than 14 days before departure 100% of the travel sum
Liability
The tour operator is not liable for costs resulting from delays in transport due to weather conditions, defects, strikes, war, changes in timetables or means of transport.
The tour operator is not liable for unforeseen events, such as new regulations or ordinances, accidents, epidemics, pandemics, war, etc., examples of which the enumeration is not exhaustive, so that additional transport or accommodation costs resulting therefrom shall also be borne by the traveller.
The performance of the tour operator shall commence and end at the embarkation point.
Covid-19
The traveller acknowledges having been duly informed of the exceptional circumstances caused by the coronavirus crisis that may affect his travel, and of the pandemic situation at his travel destination. He has also taken note of the FPS Foreign Affairs' current travel advice warning that travel is currently advised against The traveller therefore declares that he is fully aware of the risks posed by the coronavirus to the smooth running of his trip and decides he still wants to leave on his trip in full knowledge of the facts.
