Who we are & Why we do what we do

 

Wild N' Beyond Safaris is a small owner run tailor-made safari company that offer exceptional private guiding service and personal guidance for safaris. We are exceptionally passionate about the continent we call home and strive to go beyond with trip building and providing a superb safari experience. We create safaris for Zambia and other African countries that will be private guided either by James or the high quality camps we choose.

 

Our Team

 

Annekim and James make up the team of Wild N' Beyond and offer their broad knowledge of nearly 30 years between them of the safari industry.  Annekim, a qualified wildlife vet is from the Netherlands but been working in Africa for over 10 years. James has been a safari guide for over 20 years and guided in some of the most incredible places on earth and has always strived to achieve the highest standard for his clients.

Terms and Conditions

Wild N' Beyond Zambia Ltd Terms and Conditions

BOOKING POLICY

 

A 25% deposit within 14 days is required to confirm booking. Full payment must be received 45 days prior to guests arrival date.

 

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE

 

Any payments made to WNB constitute your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein.

 

CANCELLATION CHARGES

 

Cancellations must be received in writing and will be effective on the date of receipt. Cancellations received by WNB are subject to the following:

 

CANCELLATION FEES PER PERSON

● 121 days prior to departure (or more): 10% of the program price up to a maximum of $2,500 per person.

● 120-91 days prior to departure: 20% of program price

● 90-31 days prior to departure: 50% of program price

● 30 days prior to departure (or less): 100% of the program price

 

The guest agrees the sums referenced in the cancellation provisions above are not a penalty and represent a reasonable effort on behalf of WNB to establish its loss prospectively and represent liquidated damages.

 

Changes to the Itinerary:

The guest will be responsible for any changes or cancellations made to the itinerary at their request or beyond their control, before or during travel, including expenses incurred due to a change, delay, or cancellation of any flights.

 

CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR EXTRA SERVICES

 

Additional hotel nights and other extra services booked in connection with WNB journeys are subject to specific cancellation penalties. These will be provided at the time of booking and noted on the invoice.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

 

Force majeure means unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond WNB's control or the control of our suppliers, the consequence of which neither WNB, nor its suppliers, could avoid even with all due care, including, but not limited to, war or threat of war; riot; civil strife; terrorist activity (actual or threatened); industrial dispute; technical problems with transport, machinery or equipment; outages or power failures; natural or nuclear disaster; fire, flood, drought or adverse weather conditions; pandemics, epidemics or outbreaks of illness; and ice conditions in oceans and level of water in rivers.

 

In the event of a cancellation or material alteration to the journey because of the circumstances as described in this clause, WNB may in its sole and absolute discretion:

 

(i) Provide a travel credit to the guest equal to the value of the trip less any sums WNB is not able to recover from any supplier.

 

WNB cannot assume responsibility for any other travel related costs included but not limited to air, insurance, visas, and other travel arrangements, etc.
