About The Impulse Travel Group

About Us

Successfully operating since 1989, The Impulse Travel Group is a family owned and managed travel company whose charter is to only ever do the very best by our clients. We take as much time as necessary to really get to know our clients, usually over a nice cup of coffee in one of our offices, so that we can offer a personal and customised service to meet all of their travel needs.

The Impulse Travel Group operates solely on the basis that each and every travel experience is highly individual and should be seamless. We have a passion for delivering high quality service with first-hand knowledge and expertise in travel.

We fully recognise the importance of careful planning to help our clients get the best out of their travel experience. By travelling with us we get to share with you our expertise, our destination knowledge and our personal recommendations. We have the world covered – members of our team have lived and travelled extensively throughout the world and it would be hard to find a region that at least one of the team hasn’t travelled to!

Our company is accredited with IATA and AFTA/ATAS and is a partner in the Charter for Safe Travel, the Department of Foreign Affairs Smartraveller programme.

Itinerary Terms and Conditions

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation:

All payments are non-refundable. Prices quoted are based on group participation and no refunds, partial or otherwise, will be made for any reason whatsoever. If cancellation occurs, any payments that may be overdue at time of cancellation will remain due and must be paid.

You will be travelling with a Tour Leader who will take care of everything. If there is a problem that prevents the group from travelling (like a border closure in either Australia or Chile) you will not lose your money but will be given a credit instead for the next season. If Antarctica 21 is forced to cancel the departure, a full refund will be applicable.

If Antarctica 21 is forced to cancel the departure due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including non-delivery of the vessel, the passenger agrees that the only remedy is a full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled voyage.
