- The above quote is subject to availability at the hotels and lodges and flights detailed in the itinerary. Should rooms not be available at time of booking at these hotels, alternative accommodation at similar hotels/lodges will be made – these changes will be made at the discretion of African Pathfinder and will be communicated in writing prior to final payment.
- The above quote is valid at today’s date and will remain subject to currency fluctuation and airfare increases prior to full payment being received by African Pathfinder.
- Prices quoted are subject to change due to economical changes or circumstances beyond our control; however African Pathfinder will endeavor to make all efforts to maintain the given rates where possible.
- We strongly recommend travelers take out comprehensive travel and cancellation / curtailment insurances.
- Please ensure that all passports are valid and that all visa requirements have been fulfilled.

Footprint Terms and Conditions
Cancellations – A 30% cancellation fee will be charged if bookings are cancelled 60 days before arrival date, 100% cancellation fee will apply if cancelled within 60 days before arrival.
Credit card payments - A 3,0% transaction fee will be added for any payments made via Master or Visa card

Travel Insurance - It is a pre-requisite to undertake comprehensive travel insurance which includes emergency evacuation cover and cover in the eventuality of delays caused by weather and/or acts of God or flight delays or cancellations
