Itinerary Terms and Conditions
This itinerary is curated by Exclusive Touch Africa, in collaboration with trusted third-party suppliers across Southern Africa. All services are subject to availability and governed by the terms of each supplier, consolidated here for clarity and ease.
Payment Terms
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm services.
- The balance of payment is due 45 days prior to travel.
- Bookings made within 45 days of travel require full payment upon confirmation.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer (TT)
- Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
All payment methods attract a 3.5% processing fee, applied to the total invoice value.
Currency & Exchange
- Invoices issued in South African Rand (ZAR) will be calculated at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate on the day of invoicing.
- Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the final amount payable in foreign currency.
General Conditions
- All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Rates are based on current tariffs and may be adjusted in the event of changes beyond our control (e.g., fuel surcharges, park fees, government taxes).
- Amendments or cancellations may incur additional charges as per supplier policies.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended and remains the responsibility of the traveller.
- Exclusive Touch Africa acts as an intermediary and cannot be held liable for loss, injury, or delays caused by third-party providers.
Force Majeure
Exclusive Touch Africa shall not be held liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any obligation under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These include (but are not limited to):
- Acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake
- War, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions
- Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
- Airline or supplier disruptions due to force majeure events
In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule or refund recoverable costs, subject to supplier terms. Guests are encouraged to secure comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen disruptions.
Programme Ownership & Curation
All itineraries and travel programmes designed by Exclusive Touch Africa (ETA) are bespoke, curated experiences tailored to each guest’s preferences, style, and logistical needs. These are not generic online packages, but handcrafted journeys reflecting ETA’s creative, operational, and intellectual investment.
All programme content—including structure, descriptions, enhancements, and supplier combinations—remains the intellectual property of ETA and may not be copied, distributed, or replicated without written consent.
