About Brothers Safaris

EXPERIENCE THE ULTIMATE AFRICAN ADVENTURE EXPEDITIONS

WHERE YOUR ADVENTURE BEGINS.........

At Brothers Safaris, we design extraordinary, tailor-made safari experiences that blend adventure, conservation, and meaningful engagement with Africa’s wildlife. Based in South Africa and operating across the continent, we craft journeys that go far beyond traditional safaris — connecting travellers to Africa’s wild spaces, its people, and its ongoing conservation stories.

Founded and led by Dr Peter Brothers, a wildlife veterinarian and passionate conservationist, Brothers Safaris brings scientific insight and hands-on experience into every safari we operate. Our safaris are designed for those who seek more than just a holiday — travellers who want to contribute to the preservation of Africa’s natural heritage while experiencing it first-hand.

Alongside our classic tailor-made safaris, we proudly offer African Vet Safaris — a unique division dedicated to immersive, conservation-focused travel. These safaris are specially created for veterinarians, vet nurses, students, and wildlife enthusiasts who wish to gain a deeper understanding of African wildlife management and veterinary conservation. Participants can join behind-the-scenes wildlife operations, assist with veterinary work under expert supervision, and support vital conservation and research projects.

From tracking endangered mountain gorillas in Uganda and searching for tree-climbing lions in Queen Elizabeth National Park, to hands-on veterinary experiences in South Africa or wildlife expeditions in Botswana and Namibia, every Brothers Safaris itinerary is personally crafted to suit your interests, time, and budget.

Our motto, “Constantly in Pursuit of Excellence,” reflects our commitment to quality, authenticity, and responsible tourism. With expert guides, professional hosts, and trusted local partners, we deliver seamless, ethical, and life-changing safari experiences.
