A Tent With A View Safaris was born in 1995 and set up by Brit David Guthrie and Tanzanian Masoud Kilanga who met as safari guides in Selous in 1990. As well as owning their own safari camps and hotels in Tanzania, Tent with A View also prepare tours and handle all logistics on the ground in Tanzania.
The company is renowned for both the ingenuity of its safari camp facilities and the integrity its operation. For 30 years, A Tent With A View has been at the heart of conserving wildlife and supporting communities in Tanzania. Our efforts have reached a whole new level since 2024 and the sustainable development goal (SDG) centres in each camp are home to amazing projects committed to profoundly changing lives and protecting natural habitat.

PAYMENT TERMS:
- A deposit of 30% is required to confirm booking.
- Balance due one month before start of trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 61 days and above prior to arrival – Free cancellation
- 31 – 60 days to arrival – 30% of invoice value
- 15 – 30 days to arrival – 50% of invoice value
- 0 – 14 days to arrival - 100% of invoice value
