Itinerary Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions for Tours, Safaris, Accommodation and Optional Activities
Terminology:
“The client” means the entity that is authorized to communicate and decide with namibiaselfdrive.com and “NSD” means the entity representing namibiaselfdrive.com.
“Product” shall mean any tour, safari, car rental agreement, activity or any other service bought from namibiaselfdrive.com.
Cancellation Policy on confirmed services
Insurance to cover for cancellation fees is the responsibility of the client. An amendment fee of N$ 280-00 will be charged in the event of any alterations made to a confirmed booking.
Payment of any products purchased from NSD is due 42 days prior to commencement of services rendered by NSD .
In the event of cancellation of any confirmed bookings, cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total amount of products purchased.
Less than 6 weeks notice: 50%
Less than 4 weeks notice: 100%
Cancellation will only be valid in the presence of a written cancellation received from the client via mail address: click@safaripaparazzi.com
Force Majeure
The validity of the Agreement between the client and NSD is subject to circumstances such as disaster, emergency in the country of the client’s residence or where NSD provide the service applicable, acts of nature, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, change in government policy, war or any proven event that makes it impossible or illegal for NSD or the client to abide by the determinations of the agreement between them in relationship with the services booked and confirmed. It is required from the client and NSD to provide proof of such an event should it occur. Any cancellations as a result of the above-mentioned circumstances but not limited to it, will result in all payments received from the client be carried forward to a suitable time to conduct the same service for the same number of clients/participants on condition that the event/service takes place within 12 months from the day of cancellation. Agreement on this will only be valid on receipt of such a notice on an official letterhead, signed by the legal authority of the client or the company that booked the service.
Limitations
A high quality but limited tourism infrastructure demands meticulous planning and proper timing. Correct dates, clarity on options and final confirmation as early as possible is paramount to ensure a hassle-free holiday experience in Namibia well in advance.
Quotations & Suggestions forwarded by NSD to any entity, remains the intellectual property of NSD and holds a copy right – therefore rendering it illegal to be used for any other purpose than to be applied as communication between the client and NSD .
Financial Assignments
50% of the estimated value of the product purchased from NSD will be required on date of instruction to book accommodation and related services, the remainder on confirmation of all relevant services that will be used by the Client.
All costs reflected in any quotation is correct at time of issue but may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of NSD or other service providers.
Product Inclusions & Exclusions
The inclusions & exclusions of products such as accommodation, meals, vehicles, guides, emergency medical assistance, park entrance fees, beverages, taxes & levies, etc., will be stipulated on each individual product quotation under "Price Includes" and "Price Excludes".
Charter flight Terms & Conditions differs between service providers – quotation sheets will reflect the unique requirements of service provider specific requirements on confirmation of bookings.

General
All product specific information will be included in the Travel App transferred to the client during the product briefing prior to commencement of the tour/activity during which the NSD representative meeting the clients at the airport will provide clarity on any questions that might arise.
