• Please Note: A copy of the wedding certificate will be required at check-in.
• Zanzibar is a malaria area and precautions are recommended.
• If you have domestic tickets neither Mango (on the Zanzibar route) nor the domestic carrier (on the domestic route) will accept any responsibility for flight delays and resulting costs thereof.
• Please ensure that the correct names, as per passport, are given to us before bookings are made on Mango. Name changes carry a booking penalty. Fares are quoted based on lowest fares and the actual fare will be determined at the time of booking.
• All hotel guests are required to pay an infrastructure tax fee of USD1 per guest per night as per the Zanzibar Revenue Board and Government. This amount must be paid directly to the hotel upon check out.
• Travellers to Zanzibar may experience trouble using or exchanging USD notes that were printed prior to 2006, as well as large notes such as $50, $100 and $200 bills.
• Prices are calculated using heavily discounted airfares with limited availability. The actual fare will be established at the time of booking dependent on airline/class available. 
• Prices are calculated based on the actual rate of exchange on the day and are subject to change. As this is an estimate only, prices are to be used as a guideline only and the actual costs will be confirmed at time of booking. No reservations have been made and all services are subject to availability. 
• Late booking requests, for travel within 72 hours (3 days), will result in a late booking fee of R500.00. 
•  Errors and Omissions excepted. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing information provided, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. When we become aware of any such error, we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible. If a booking is already in place, you will have the choice to continue with the chosen itinerary at the corrected price or amend to a different holiday. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and refund you in full if you do not wish to accept the correct price that applies to your holiday or the alternative offered.

• On confirmation or/and documents issued, if cancelled at any given time, cancellation charges apply.
• Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months after your return date of travel and that there are at least 3 blank unused pages
• All visas must be obtained prior to departure. Please check the visa requirements for the country of transit and destination for the relevant embassy/consulate based on your passport.

• We recommend you take travel insurance as soon as you pay a deposit for your journey. Please speak to us to ensure you are adequately covered including insolvency or we can assist with your insurance needs.
