OPTIONS -
- Flight on the final day from Serengeti: there is the option to fly back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro airport from approx. $300/person. Or consider extending your time; we can fly you from Serengeti to Zanzibar or Gorilla trekking destinations!
- Private departures are fully customizable, any day departures (subject to availability) and any number of days. Price is determined by the number in the party.
- Hot Air Balloon Excursion in Serengeti or Tarangire. Price is approx. US$700/person including park fees, transfers.

- NOTICE – the Tanzanian Government has been reviewing park and concession fees. These fees are beyond our control. We will do our utmost to minimize impact to you and reserve the right to invoice any additional fees.
- Tanzania is a malaria area and prophylactics are essential – consult your physician
- A passport with at least 6 months validity remaining AFTER your return to US and at least 2 blank VISA pages are required for this itinerary.
- A Tanzania visa is required and should be purchased online prior to arrival into Tanzania. Current cost US $100/pp
- Yellow Fever certificate is required for entry only IF you are arriving Tanzania from an endemic area (e.g. if you are traveling to Tanzania via Kenya you are required to have the certificate). Consult your physician.
- Beer and wine is available for purchase while in mobile camps.
- Laundry service is available during the itinerary for a reasonable cost.
- Luggage for any internal flights is restricted to total of 33lbs per person (in a soft bag) including carry-on. Any excess baggage fees must be settled directly.
- Serengeti Balloon excursion may not be accessible during months (Dec-May) when the camp is positioned outside the southern Serengeti park border in order to be in the best position for migration herds.
