Dining at The Sands is an equally inviting prospect, thanks in part to the spectacular view and mainly due to the talents of the resident chefs. Breakfasts consist of a well stocked continental buffet and an interesting array of cooked breakfast options. Light lunches (think fresh salads, sandwiches and wraps) are available on request, but the piece de resistance of any stay at The Sands is a three course candle lit dinner. While the a la carte menu has an eclectic range of options, guests would do well to sample one of the many seafood dishes on offer – not only to taste some of the freshest seafood in the country, but also to experience the restaurant's’ speciality.
