Cacao/Chocolate Workshop
Get to know where chocolate comes from; the cacao plant. Tiskita is also an organic fruit farm and grows cacao. It also processes its own cacao to make true Tree-to-Bar chocolate. In the workshop guests can learn how chocolate is made from cacao and can make their own bars and bonbons.

Horseback Riding
Horseback riding tours are available at Tiskita. Tours are on-site, ride through the rainforest and around the biological reserve to a hill top view of the Golfo Dulce and the Osa Peninsula and finish the ride by galloping on the almost-deserted beach at sunset.

Surfing
Surf lessons are available in famous surf break of Pavones or in front of the lodge at the Punta Banco break. All levels, closes are private and catered to your ability.

Golfo Dulce Day Tour
Leaving from Pavones, hop on this boat tour of the Golfo Dulce. Enjoy dolphin watching, snorkeling, and possible whale watching (depending on season). Lunch on the Osa Peninsula is included.

Yoga Lesson
Tiskita has an on site large yoga deck. Enjoy a relaxing yoga class while listening to the sounds of the rainforest and the surf below. All levels welcome. You can also enjoy the deck and practice by yourself. Mats, bolsters and blocks available.
