We encourage guests to visit the local village to see and speak with the Maasai about their lives in the Mara ecosystem. Guests can visit a "manyatta" which is a mud house that the Maasai live in. We also have the opportunity for guests to visit and buy from our local ladies who produce intricate, high-quality beaded jewellery and items, which form the perfect keepsake from your safari with us.
