Take the R40 from Nelspruit to White River.
Continue for approx. 53 km to Hazyview.
Continue past Bushbuckridge (32 km) and drive a further 42 km to Acornhoek.
Turn onto the tar road signposted Acornhoek. There should be signs for Elephant Plains and other lodges at this point.
Drive 38.6 km to Hluvukani (Viva Filling station).
Drive 6.8 km and turn right onto the D4418 (Seville A, Sabi Sand).
Continue along this road, following the Sabi Sand signs for about 6.5km until you reach a T-junction, turn left.
Carry on for another 7.2 km past Dixie village, until you reach the Gowrie Gate.
Please note that the Gowrie Gate is only open between 05:00 am - 23:00 pm.
Turn right once you are through the Gowrie Gate and follow the fence line and signs to the lodge.

Drive towards the R40 and turn left.
Continue until you reach a sign pointing to Orpen & The South African Wildlife College. Turn left.
Continue on the R531 for about 30 km until you see the entrance to The South African Wildlife College on your left hand side.
Immediately after the College you will see a small dirt track on you right hand side, which takes you off of the tar road.
Drive through the gate and follow the map as indicated.

Leave Orpen Gate and continue and the R531 for about 10 km.
Just before The South African Wildlife College on your right, you will find a dirt track turning off on your left.
Take the dirt road, drive through the gate and follow the map as indicated.
