Onze gerechten bieden culinaire hoogstandjes uit de Pemban-keuken met een moderne twist.
Maaltijden kunnen worden genoten op ons terras aan zee, in de hoofdruimte, in de strandlounge, of er kan een privédiner op het strand worden geregeld.
Ons à la carte menu ziet er als volgt uit:
* Ontbijt (fruit, Engels ontbijt, muesli, yoghurt, gebak, Eggs Benedict, enz.)
* Lunch (keuze uit twee voorgerechten, keuze uit drie hoofdgerechten, dessert)
* Diner (keuze uit twee voorgerechten, keuze uit drie hoofdgerechten, dessert)
Alle gerechten zijn inclusief een vegetarische, vis- of vleesoptie.
We verzorgen gasten met specifieke dieetwensen.

Our bartenders specialize in a variety of sundowners and cocktails and will spoil you with fruit drinks and cocktails from the freshest handpicked island mango, lime, lemon, pineapple, and coconuts blended with a touch of rum to create uniquely smooth and refreshing drinks.
