3. CHECK-IN TIME: 13h00 - 14h00 (Afternoon Game Drive/Safari Departs at 15h00)
    CHECK-OUT TIME:  11am 

4. CONSERVATION LEVY: 

Current till 30 September 2023:

• Adults: R 140 per person per night
• 3 - 11 years: R 70 per child per night
• 0 - 2 years: No Charge 

From 01 October 2023:

• Adults: R 210 per person per night
• 3 - 11 years: R 105 per child per night
• 0 - 2 years: No Charge
• Applicable to all bookings made from 20 April 2023, with a stay date after 01 October 2023

The Conservation Levy will primarily fund the anti-poaching units and a dedicated rhino monitoring program to preserve and protect the rhinos of Amakhala Game Reserve.

5. SINGLE SUPPLEMENT:

• 30% 
• Single supplement over peak season is 100% 

6. PEAK SEASON: Minimum 2-night stay and room rate for single occupancy (100% single supplement)

7. INCLUSIONS: Accommodation, meals, selected house beverages and 2 game drives per day

8. EXCLUSIONS: Premium branded beverages, transfers, telephone calls, laundry and any items of a personal nature

9. AIRPORT TRANSFERS: Available at additional cost.

10. CHILD POLICY:

At Bush Lodge 12+ years are welcome. 

11. PAYMENT POLICY: In Full 30 Days prior to arrival, unless the supplier has an authorised 30-day account facility with the Amakhala Game Reserve.

12. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY **Current until 31 August 2024: 

• 29-15 days prior to arrival: 25%
• 14-03 days prior to arrival: 50%
• 48 hours prior to arrival: 80%
• No show: 100%

13: All rates are in South African Rands and include 15% VAT

14:  No Tourism Levies are charged at present

15:  All guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival

16: The Amakhala Game Reserve retains the right to admit any guest/s and furthermore retains the right to remove any guest whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and / or staff.

17: Kindly be informed that flying drones on the game reserve is strictly prohibited at all times.

Inclusions and Exclusions:

Includes: VAT, accommodation, all meals, teas/coffees, snacks, selected local beverages and 2 game drives daily.

Excludes: Curio purchases, conservation levies, laundry, telephone calls, premium beverages and other personal expenses, transfers and gratuities. 
Conservation levy: All visitors - R140 per person per night. Children under 12 years - R70 per person per night.
