Extra Pax

● 4 people max in Junior or Nomad Suites. Other categorias are only for 2 people. 

● Additional guests older than 12 years old are $45 plus taxes.

General conditions

● Rates for individual reservations, up to 6 rooms.

● Rates expressed per night, per room, according to the indicated occupancy.

● Rates are subject to changes and/or adjustments with prior notice by the hotel.

● The agency or company will respect the rate policy established by the hotel and will not disclose the negotiated rates, respecting the minimum profit margin determined for sales to travel agencies.

● For the acquisition of an operator rate with the Hotel, the minimum production is 50 (fifty) nights a year. Production will be reviewed every 12 (twelve) months. If the stipulated minimum number of nights is not reached, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel this agreement.

Drivers and guides

● If a room is required for a driver or guide, according to availability, a special rate of $100.00 plus VAT (13%) will be granted. Additional guest, driver, and guide rates are non-commissionable.

● Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. - Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.

● Late check-out until 5:00 p.m. or early check-in later than 9:00 a.m. is subject to a 50% charge of the value of a night's stay.

● Late check-out later than 5:00 p.m. or early check-in before 9:00 a.m. is subject to a 100% charge of the value of a night's stay.

● Guests will be requested to provide a credit card at check-in.

● Guests are required to present a credit card for incidental charges provisional hold of up to $250 depending on the room category.

Conditions and payment methods

● The company must process payment via deposit or transfer at least 30 days prior to the reservation's arrival, and equivalent to the complete stay and services value. Send the deposit voucher, if any, via email, indicating company, reservation number, last name and first name of the passengers and Check-In/Out dates.

Cancellation Policy

● Reservations can be modified or cancelled 15 days or more prior to the guests' arrival. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to guests' arrival are subject to a 100% penalty of the full cost of the services.
