Payment and Cancellation
- 50% deposit required to confirm booking; balance due 30 days before arrival
- Peak Season (Dec–Jan): Full payment required at time of booking
- Trade bookings: STO terms on approved credit — invoice due 14 days before arrival
- More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund of deposit
- 31–60 days before arrival: 50% of deposit forfeited
- 15–30 days before arrival: 75% of total booking value forfeited
- Less than 14 days / no-show: 100% of total booking value forfeited
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to reservations@koppiesveld.co.za
