Etosha King Nehale Gondwana Collection Namibia

Etosha King Nehale has been designed and decorated to pay homage to the rich cultural heritage of the area and the majestic riches of the Etosha animal kingdom.  The lodge is situated on the Andoni Plains, just 1km from Etosha’s northern King Nehale Gate and only 48km north of Namutoni and has private access to a remote waterhole in Etosha National Park where the lodge has established its Ontalelo Outpost. The name  refers to the ontalelo meaning “view, sight”, “outpost” describes a remote part of a kingdom or empire.  To the north are the communal areas of the Oshikoto, Oshana, Ohangwena and Omusati regions.
There are 40 spacious chalets each with en-suite,  own plunge pool and views over the plains, each room has a safe, tea/coffee facilities, mossie net, fridge, hair drier, fan etc.
The main lodge area is home to a curio shop, boma and dining areas, the Oshiwambo ethos is intriguingly evident from colours, fabrics, cutlery, chandelier, table engravings with impactful proverbs and other embellishments.  There is mobile connectivity, wifi, 24hr security and access for those with limited mobility.
Activities are geared around guided game drives into Etosha (although there is easy access for self-drivers), (half day and full day); guided excursions to the private waterhole and an Ondjumba Cultural Village Tour - join his captivating journey through an Oshiwambo homestead.
