In an open safari vehicle (with roof) and accompanied by one of our rangers you discover Kololo Game Reserve in all its beauty. The ranger will tell you all there is to know about the reserve, helps identifying bird species, shares information about the wild animals, plants and trees during this safari. Only available for in-house guests.

Kids Safari

The Kids Safari on Kololo transforms your children into true rangers. Together with the real ranger they go on a safari expedition in one of our safari game viewers to learn everything about the bush, animals, birds and reptiles. All kids receive a safari pack which includes juice, some snacks and an interactive safari booklet. They can use this booklet while they observe, learn and play out on the safari expedition.

On request we can arrange a barbecue or breakfast in the bush. You walk, bike or go by safari vehicle to a specially selected, idyllic place in the bush where everything is prepared for a sumptuous breakfast or braai.

Because there are no dangerous animals on Kololo, you can freely go and explore, on your own, on foot or mountain bike the marked trails, varying from 2 to 15 km in length.
