PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS will be held for 14 days and then must be confirmed or released. Cancellation fees will be applied and so we highly recommend that you ensure full "Trip Cancellation Insurance" is bought at time of confirmation.

PAYMENT 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

FLIGHTS to be paid in full before they can be issued. Once issued, they become non-refundable. 

3RD PARTY accommodation and transfers – we will apply the respective Terms & Conditions.

CANCELLATION: confirmation to 91 days 20% of accommodation only, then of full invoice (excluding park costs) 90-61 days 25%, 60-31 days 50%, 30- 0 days 100%.

Rates include: All meals, all gameviewing activities (2 per day - game drives or walking safaris), laundry, bar, transfers to/from Mfuwe Airport, meet & greet at Lusaka & Mfuwe.

Rates exclude: Tourism Levy, Conservation & Community Fund and & Park Costs (US$95 pp pn); visa fees and flights.

Road transfers: RPS South Luangwa inter-camp transfers included in the rate.

Private vehicle: Charged per day at US$550 in High Season, US$345 in Shoulder Season & US$240 in Emerald Season. Group of 4+ will automatically get private vehicle.

Child policy: Children over the age of 12 years are welcome; no child rate.
