Once you've been kitted out, load your bike into one of specially designed bike racks this clip onto our heli and fly onto the most diverse range of mountain biking trails in the Western Cape - MTO Trails Jonkershoek. After a few runs, sit down to enjoy a snack pack and coffee while you reflect the adventures you've just enjoyed before you fly back to Cape Town.

Seeped in history two of our newest offerings will not only take you back to the birth place of South Africa’s world renowned wine industry but even further back to the first inhabitants of our beautiful continent, the San people.

Dating back to the 1652 Klein Constantia is a farm filled with history including ties to George Washington, Jane Austen, and Napoleon Bonaparte to name a few. Famed for its flagship Vin de Constane, which Napoleon requested a bottle a night while in exile at St Helena Bay, it has won numerous awards over the course of the years.

Fast forward to 2024, guests can enjoy a full peninsula scenic flight from our base at the V&A Waterfront, around Cape Point before landing at the famed farm. They will be met by a wine guide, hopping into a wine safari vehicle to enjoy a tour through the vineyards, before experiencing a tasting of their Vin de Constance from the highest point in overlooking the valley and False Bay coast. Making their way down through the valley to the bistro for a delicious lunch, under the trees or in front of the roaring fire during the chilly winter months, its an afternoon to simply savor the beauty that is on our doorstep.

Hop on board one of our helicopters and take to the skies from the Cape Town Helicopter’s hangar at the V&A Waterfront, heading across the harbor destined for the Remhoogte Wine Estate, Stellenbosch.

VUUR gives guests who book a lunch experience the choice of two incredible dining options. These options include, either inside the beautiful and rustically converted stable or under an incredible old oak tree, overlooking the wine farm. Both experiences serve a 7-course tasting menu, paired with delicious wines from Remhoogte Wine Estate. Seasonal menus are made of locally sourced produce that are blended, using the versatile cooking medium, that being fire, to bring out their delicious flavors of dishes in this unique and intimate setting.

Tswalu is home to rhino, leopard, buffalo and lion.
