9.             GAME DRIVE AND GUIDED WALK POLICY:

9.1           Children 4 years and older are permitted on all game drives

9.2           Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted on walking safaris

9.3           Persons over the age of 65 will require a medical clearance certificate stating they are fit to partake in a strenuous walking safari lasting up to 4 hours.

9.4           Pregnant women are not permitted on walking safaris.

10.           VALUE ADDS

10.1         Valid 01 May 2020 – 31 October

10.2         Not combinable with each other or any other promotion in the marketplace

10.3         Long Stay Discount – 10% on accommodation for 3 consecutive nights

10.4         Long Stay Discount – 15% on accommodation for 4 or more consecutive nights

10.5         Sole Use Offer – Book all rooms of any one of our luxury lodges for 2 nights and receive one room free of charge

11.           MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY: 15 December – 15 January

12.           PAYMENT:

12.1         50% deposit required 14 days from date of booking

12.2         Full prepayment required 30 days prior to arrival

12.3         Full prepayment required should booking be made within 30 days prior to arrival

12.4         Shamwari Private Game Reserve reserves the right to release bookings, should payment not be received by the requested date

12.5         Bank charges for account of guest

12.6         Discrepancies on confirmation to be addresses at time of booking

13.           CANCELLATIONS:

13.1         Cancellations will only be accepted in writing

13.2         Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival – 25% cancellation fee

13.3         Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival – 50% cancellation fee

13.4         Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival – 100% cancellation fee
