31 days and prior -  no cancellation fee will be charge

30 -  16 days - 50 % cancellation fee will be charged

15 days and no shows -  full total rate will be charged

Child Policy

Infant - 3 years of age  -  Camping cot @ R150.00

4 - 15 years of age  -  Extra bed @ R450.00

16 - 18 years of age - Chrild will be charged as an adult sharing in a double room

No 3rd person sharing.

Children of all ages welcome in the Basse Provence Country House
Surcharges for extra beds and cots will apply
All the rooms in the Manor House are accessible by stairs only and have a thatched roof Rooms are within walking distance from the swimming pool area
