All the rooms in the Manor House are accessible by stairs only and have a thatched roof Rooms are within walking distance from the swimming pool area

Child Policy for Basse Provence

Children are welcome at Basse Provence Manor House and Country House

Infant – 3 years of Age: Camping Cot Available at a surcharge of R150.00 once off 
4 - 15 years if Age: Extra Bed at a Surcharge of R500.00 per night
16 - 18 years: Child will be charged as an adult sharing a double room
No 3rd person sharing per room.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing to tanya@ricketybridge.com
31 days before arrival date – no cancellation fee will be charged
30 - 16 days before the arrival date – a 50 % cancellation fee will be charged 15 days or less before arrival full rates will be charged.

Payment Policy:

Unless specified otherwise, FULL pre-payment must be made 30 days before the client’s arrival date
