Guests on the ms Eurodam will be able to "show and tell" their holiday memories through the Digital Workshop enrichment programme powered by Windows®. Free workshops led by Microsoft-trained "techsperts" will show even the most novice camera or computer user how to take better holiday photos, make movies, edit pictures and create scrapbooks using a variety of Microsoft Windows and Windows Live services. Guests will learn how to share all their digital memories through email, blogging and social networking — so friends and family can see where they've been cruising even before they return home.

The Culinary Arts Centre, presented by Food & Wine® magazine, offers a groundbreaking experience that combines a love of food and wine with unique and engaging programmes. Join us in our state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen for gourmet presentations & classes, tasting events, wine tasting & mixology, party planner presentations and intimate cooking classes.

Following in the Holland America Line tradition, the ms Eurodam features an exquisite art collection based on the theme, "The Dutch Golden Age - An Inexhaustible Tradition". Highlighting works by Dutch masters and contemporary artists, some of the pieces featured will include 17th-century watercolour maps by famed cartographer Johannes Vingboons, photo-realistic oil paintings by artist Jan van 't Hoff and The Nightwatch, Two Minutes Later, a contemporary reinterpretation of Rembrandt's famous painting.

Of all the fascinating places you can visit on the Eurodam cruise ship, none rejuvenates and relaxes like the Greenhouse Spa & Salon, featuring heavenly beauty and wellness rituals. Choose the blissful pampering of a facial therapy or let the trained fingers of a massage therapist soothe your muscles while working fragrant oils into your skin. While cruising to exotic destinations enjoy therapeutic water treatments as you steam in a thermal suite or bathe in herbs.

Our private cabanas are available to reserve by the day or by the cruise. Available on two decks, they are tastefully decorated and filled with amenities.

Your own private oasis The Lido Cabanas provide an exquisite poolside retreat and located high above the rest our exclusive Retreat cabanas are the ultimate place to relax surrounded by healthy refreshments and luxurious amenities.

On Holland America ships, we provide a wide variety of exciting youth and teen friendly activities and facilities for guests ages 3 to 17. With supervised fun for our younger guests, the entire family can have the cruise of their dreams.

Club HAL® — Kids*: Children, ages 3-7, can participate in such activities as pirate treasure hunts, hands-on pizza making, storytelling, "Little Artists" crafts, ice cream sundae parties and a farewell pajama party.
Club HAL® — Tweens*: Tweens, ages 8-12 take part in Xbox and Wii tournaments, relay races, scavenger hunts, karaoke disco parties and participate in the award-winning National Park Service Jr. Ranger Programme in Alaska on Alaska cruises.
The Loft — designed exclusively for teens to have fun, socialise and hang out with people their own age and enjoy mocktail mixology classes, late night sporting competitions, teen yoga and hip hop classes, guys verses girls scavenger hunts, cooking demos, tech classes and teen only night club events.

*All children participating in Club HAL must be completely toilet trained. No nappies or pull–ups are permitted in the Youth Centre. Youth Staff cannot assist children in the restroom. When there are more than 100 children on board, a HAL Talent Show is offered.

The Loft and The Oasis*: The Loft and Oasis are not available on the Prinsendam. The Oasis is located on the Statendam, Ryndam, Veendam, Rotterdam, Zaandam, Volendam and Amsterdam.)

Holland America Line makes it easy for you to stay fit and trim while on your journey with fully equipped fitness centres (minimum age for guests using the fitness centre is 16 years old) and sports courts. Fitness centres aboard each ship include exercise and weight training equipment.

Our broad, generously proportioned teak decks are perfect for walkers and joggers, and when you are finished exercising, cool off in one of our pools. To maintain or achieve optimum health, work with one of our qualified personal trainers or take one of our fitness classes lead by knowledgeable instructors. Classes may include - Pathway to Yoga, Mat Pilates, Cardio Ki-Bo Circuit Training, Aquarobics and Pilates Reformer.

After dinner, take your seat in the ship's magnificent show lounge for a dazzling show. Dynamic concerts and exciting musical productions featuring Broadway veterans.Talented illusionists, comedians and musicians.

Feeling a little warm? No problem, you can cool off in one of Eurodam’s swimming pools, which are located midship and aft on the lido deck, or unwind in one of the whirlpools.

The Explorations Café, powered by The New York Times offers a comfortable, coffee house environment where you can browse through an extensive library, surf the internet, view a wide array of audio and video programming, puzzle over a jigsaw at on one of the card and game tables, or simply read the morning paper on one of the maby comfortable reading chairs that look out to sea.

Guests can also enjoy fresh pastries and their favourite espresso drink provided by Torrefazione Italia.

From steel drum lessons in the Caribbean, to tai chi with a master in Asia, to Celtic fiddlers in the Canadian Maritimes—Holland America Line’s "On Location" programme brings local culture to life showcasing unique entertainment and enriching activities as well as the cuisine of each region.

"On Location" provides so many experiences for guests to enjoy, like taking a Tango lesson in Argentina, a hula class in Hawaii or searching the southern sky with an astronomer in the South Pacific. The Culinary Arts Centre also comes alive as visiting chefs from along the route add local flavour to cooking shows and hands-on classes. Guests may choose to prepare the perfect salmon in Alaska, make sushi in Asia or learn to enhance dishes with the spices of the Caribbean. Wine lovers can pair food with the perfect wine as experts from vineyards in Europe, Australia and Chile host tastings.

There will also be a new sizzle to Holland America Line’s menus each day. Our onboard chefs will create dishes using locally sourced ingredients, which will delight our guests with an enticing array of regional cuisine.

Eurodam hosts a gathering for Solo Travellers early during their cruise. And there are plenty of things for solo travellers to do that make it fun and easy to meet fellow cruisers. From cooking classes to computer instruction, dance classes to games, there's something for every interest and skill level.
